We are seeking Bank Support Workers to join our team in Cambridge.
Position: Bank Support Worker
Location: Cambridge
Hours: Flexible bank
Shifts: Evenings, nights, weekends
Whilst fully embracing the company ethos, support workers provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they want to live. Support is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Role:
- To provide support to empower the people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they wish, in line with their individual support plans.
- Promote the health, well-being, physical, emotional, cultural and spiritual beliefs of the people we support and ensure they are met in an inclusive way.
- Support Nurses with the delivery of complex health support.
- Facilitate social, educational or work activities such as visiting family and friends, supported employment, walks, shopping and other recreational activities of their choice.
- Complete a range of records and documents.
