About The Role
- To provide support to empower the people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they wish, in line with their individual support plans.
- Promote the health, well-being, physical, emotional, cultural and spiritual beliefs of the people we support and ensure they are met in an inclusive way.
- Support Nurses with the delivery of complex health support
- To facilitate social, educational or work activities such as visiting family and friends, supported employment, walks, shopping and other recreational activities of their choice.
- As part of the role, you will need to be able to complete a range of records and documents.

About The Service
We are not a traditional care home, we deliver very person centered care tailored to each individual needs.GryphonPlace, Norwich, is a nursing home supportingvery complexindividuals with specific and individual health needs such as tracheostomies, enteral feeding, Huntington\’s, brain injury and advanced dementia.
We support a maximum of 7 individuals; this small client group allows our staff to spend more time with each individual.
