You’ll need…
- Willingness to work towards Level 2 Diploma or above in Health & Social Care
- Good understanding of working with individuals with a learning disability and autism
- Commitment to providing quality care and support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion and a motivational attitude at all times
- A responsible, dedicated and flexible approach to work
- Competent IT knowledge and computer skills
