About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic Registered/Branch Manager for Swanton Community Services covering Surrey location. You will be responsible for the day to day running of an established branch supporting and supervising a vibrant Team. As the Manager, you will ensure the efficient and professional running of the service.

You’ll need proven experience in…

  • Supporting individuals with a Learning Disabilities and/or Autism
  • A minimum of level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
  • Strong leadership, excellent communication and motivational skills
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • CQC regulations and how to translate these into working practice
  • Understanding person-centred care and outcome focused support provision
  • The ability to prioritise and respond to the needs of the branch
  • Having a flexible and committed work ethic
  • 3 years management experience and previous registration with CQC
  • Multisite management experience
  • Proven track record in managing / delivering positive outcomes
  • Driver / flexible including evenings, weekends and on call as required
  • Knowledge and experience of IT and rota systems is desirable.

All roles are subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check. For this role, we require you to have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
