  • Supportive – provide support to ensure the safety & wellbeing of people relying on our services

  • Observant – monitor & report any changes in health or circumstances of a service user to management

Requirements

  • Willingness to work towards Level 2 Diploma or above in Health & Social Care
  • Good understanding of working with individuals with a learning disability and autism
  • Commitment to providing quality care and support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, compassion and a motivational attitude at all times
  • A responsible, dedicated and flexible approach to work
  • Competent IT knowledge and computer skills

No previous experience or qualifications are required. When you join, you’ll receive advanced training from our exclusive Training Academy where you’ll learn how to deliver high quality support. All roles are subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.
