We're looking for a passionate and motivated Deputy Service Manager to help lead our services across Sutton, Epsom, Ewell, Banstead and Redhill. Please note: internally, this position is known as a Locality Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine difference every day.

As Deputy Service Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day leadership and success of your services. You'll support the Registered Manager to deliver outstanding care and support, develop high-performing teams, maintain excellent quality standards, and drive positive outcomes for the people we support. You’ll be someone who leads by example, inspires confidence, and brings energy, compassion and accountability to everything you do.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated team to provide high-quality, person-centred support
- Promote a positive culture where our values are lived every day
- Support recruitment, induction, training, supervision and performance development
- Ensure people we support are empowered to achieve their personal goals and aspirations
- Build strong relationships with families, professionals, commissioners and community partners
- Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, compliance and governance
- Support financial performance, budgets, occupancy and resource management
- Manage incidents, complaints and service improvements effectively
- Ensure safe, effective and compassionate support is delivered consistently
- Participate in the on-call rota and provide hands‑on leadership when required
- Help drive continuous improvement and innovation across services
