We're looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our established service in Yeovil and Dorset. As Registered Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring it operates safely, effectively and in line with CQC standards. Working closely with colleagues, families, professionals and stakeholders, you'll create an environment where both the people we support and your team can thrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a dedicated team
- Promoting a culture of high-quality, person-centred support
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
- Managing recruitment, performance and staff development
- Building positive relationships with families, professionals and commissioners
- Driving continuous improvement and service excellence
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety and safeguarding
- Supporting the achievement and maintenance of Good and Outstanding CQC ratings

Essential Requirements
- Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Previous registration with CQC
- At least 3 years' management experience within health and social care
- Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism
- Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
- Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and best practice
- Experience of delivering positive service outcomes
- Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
- Flexible approach to work, including participation in the on-call rota
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance
Desirable
- Multi-site management experience
- Knowledge of IT and rota management systems
