About you
You are an enthusiastic and experienced care leader who thrives on making a positive impact. You bring energy, resilience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support. To be successful in this role, you will have at least 2 years' management experience within a regulated health and social care environment, together with a strong understanding of CQC requirements and quality standards.

- Demonstrate excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Hold, or be willing to work towards, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent).
- Have a good understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and current social care legislation.
- Be flexible and willing to travel across Wolverhampton, Birmingham and Stafford to support your services.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
The successful candidate will be required to register with the CQC (where applicable), undergo an enhanced DBS check, and be subject to satisfactory references and pre-employment checks.
