You’ll be…
- Supervising your Team – supporting your Team so they flourish in their roles

- Creating & updating records – such as care plans and risk assessments, ensuring adherence company policies and procedures
- Proactive – supporting service users to become a part of their community and attend leisure events

You’ll need proven experience in…

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Having a responsible, dedicated and a flexible approach to work
All roles are subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check. You’ll also need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
