Deputy Service Manager Salisbury, with travel across Old Sarum, Porton, Andover. Lead with purpose. Inspire people. Make every moment matter. We're looking for a passionate and motivated Deputy Service Manager to help lead our services across Old Sarum, Porton and Andover. Please note: internally, this position is known as a Locality Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine difference every day.

As Deputy Service Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day leadership and success of your services. You'll support the Registered Manager to deliver outstanding care and support, develop high-performing teams, maintain excellent quality standards, and drive positive outcomes for the people we support. You'll be someone who leads by example, inspires confidence, and brings energy, compassion and accountability to everything you do.

  • Support financial performance, budgets, occupancy and resource management
  • Manage incidents, complaints and service improvements effectively
  • Ensure safe, effective and compassionate support is delivered consistently
  • Participate in the on-call rota and provide hands-on leadership when required
  • Help drive continuous improvement and innovation across services
