Swanton Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help the people we support live the life they choose. Based in Durham, this full-time role covers 40 hours per week across days, evenings, nights and weekends.
You will provide practical assistance and emotional support, working within individual support plans to empower people to achieve their goals. Experience with challenging behaviour or learning disabilities is welcomed, and training is provided.
