Swanton Care is opening a new Supported Living Service in Colne and seeks caring Bank Support Workers to join the core team. You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and brain injuries to live as independently as possible, at home and in the local community.
We are looking for passionate, reliable individuals who can work 1:1 or 2:1. The role requires flexibility across days, evenings, nights and weekends, with a focus on dignity, inclusion and person-centred care.
