The role

Are you an inspirational leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care and support? We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead and develop our services across Wolverhampton, Birmingham and Stafford.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the people we support while leading high-performing teams to achieve outstanding outcomes. Based within our Wolverhampton services, you will provide operational leadership across your region, ensuring services are safe, well-led, person-centred and fully compliant with regulatory requirements.

You will be responsible for driving quality, developing and inspiring your teams, managing resources effectively, and creating a culture where both colleagues and the people we support can thrive. Working closely with senior management, you will play a key role in shaping services, supporting growth, and continuously improving standards across your portfolio.

About you

You are an enthusiastic and experienced care leader who thrives on making a positive impact. You bring energy, resilience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 2 years' management experience within a regulated health and social care environment, together with a strong understanding of CQC requirements and quality standards.

Key responsibilities & qualities

• Be a confident and inspiring leader with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Have experience managing and improving service performance.
• Be passionate about delivering outstanding outcomes for the people we support.
• Demonstrate excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hold, or be willing to work towards, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent).
• Have a good understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and current social care legislation.
• Be flexible and willing to travel across Wolverhampton, Birmingham and Stafford to support your services.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

The successful candidate will be required to register with the CQC (where applicable), undergo an enhanced DBS check, and be subject to satisfactory references and pre-employment checks.
