The role focuses on compassionate, high-quality support to help young people learn, stay healthy and reach their potential, with a rota across shifts including evenings and weekends.
You will lead a small team in a six-bed service, working to create a safe, nurturing environment and to empower each young person through education, activities, and relationship-building.
