This position focuses primarily on Physical / medical disabilities with a heavy emphasis on the clinical support of our children. Full training provided by in house practice educator.

• Building positive, trusting relationships with children and young people
• Supporting them with daily routines, education, and personal development
• Planning and taking part in activities – from movie nights to outdoor adventures
• Helping create a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and resilience
• Working as part of a supportive team that celebrates success together

Hours: Bank

Pay: £13.45 per hour unqualified - £13.70 qualified

About The Service

Our Warrington service is a welcoming, six-bed residential home designed to support children with physical and learning disabilities in a safe, nurturing environment. The property is fully adapted and wheelchair accessible, with specialist features including wet rooms and overhead hoists to support individual mobility and care needs.

The home offers a range of thoughtfully designed shared spaces, including a large lounge, therapeutic room, reading room, sensory room and a generous garden area, giving children plenty of space to relax, learn and enjoy time together.
