Swanton Care & Community Ltd in London is seeking a friendly, outgoing Support Worker who will drive clients to education placements and provide person-centred support. This role runs Monday to Friday during term time with early mornings and late afternoon slots, with more flexible hours outside term time.
You will encourage independence, monitor wellbeing, and work closely with service users using the methods they prefer, while receiving ongoing training and access to career development.
