Swanton Care & Community Ltd is opening a new Supported Living Service in Colne. We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to establish and develop the service, helping people live as independently as possible in their own homes and community.
The role requires leading a team, supporting the registered manager, and delivering high-quality, person-centred care with 24/7 support. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, across day shifts including weekends.
