Overview

Emily House is a large detached home where we support children and young people with complex needs or disabilities. Be a part of developing our service and help make a difference to a young person\’s life every day.

Position: Children’s Care Team Leader

Location: Warrington

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

The role

A vacancy has arisen for a Care Team Leader to join the team to support the service manager by leading the day-to-day management of a shift. This will involve providing practical assistance and emotional support to empower their team in supporting the children they support to achieve their goals and aspirations.

About you

Successful applicants will need to have experience supporting children with complex health needs. As a member of the team you will need a real passion for providing a high standard of support that enables our children and young people to be as independent as they can, learn and develop through education and experience, stay healthy and most importantly, have a fun, fulfilling life.

You must be available to commit to working across a variety of shifts on a rota basis and candidates it is essential you hold an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Children\\\’s Care or be working towards the qualification.

About The Service

Emily\\\’s is a 6-bedroom children\\\’s home in Warrington which has a bright and homely feel. We are registered to care for children from birth to 18 years old with complex health needs. Due to the complex needs of our children, they rely on our teams for all aspects of their care. Every team member is highly trained, kind, caring and supportive, they meet the health and emotional needs of the children to the highest standard
