We are recruiting Support Workers/Carers in West Wales to support people to live in and be part of the local community, within a supported living environment. Our services are about helping people to get out in the community and make the most of their time in their own homes.

Whilst fully embracing the company ethos, support workers provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they want to live. Support is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The role includes:

  • Providing practical assistance and emotional support to empower the people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they wish, in line with their individual support plans.
  • Promoting the health, well-being, physical, emotional, cultural and spiritual beliefs of the people we support and ensuring they are met in an inclusive way.
  • General housekeeping duties that can include shopping, domestic duties as well as elements of personal care.
  • Completing a range of records and documents.
  • Lone working and team-working.

The successful applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence.
