About The Role

We are looking for Support Worker/Carers who care about making every moment matter for the people we support in our residential services.

Position: Full-Time Support Worker/Carer

Location: Seaham (SR7 postcode). Drivers desirable.

Hours: Full time, on a rota basis, 8-12 hour shifts, including days, nights, and waking nights.

Job type: Permanent, with contracts of up to 36-40 hours available.

Experience with challenging behavior and/or learning disabilities is preferred, but all training will be provided. Driving is preferable.

  • Provide practical assistance and emotional support to help individuals achieve their goals, respecting their individuality and supporting their choices.
  • Promote health, well-being, and cultural and spiritual beliefs in an inclusive manner.
  • Facilitate social, educational, or work activities, including visits, walks, shopping, and recreational activities.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, including shopping, domestic tasks, and personal care.
  • Complete records and documentation accurately.
