As a People Support Coordinator you will:

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate the onboarding of new joiners which includes completing relevant pre-employment checks and verifying information
  • Collate personnel file and issue to manager when completed
  • Accurately enrol new joiners onto appropriate systems and notifying relevant teams ensuring that everything is ready for their start date
  • Monitor key compliance information i.e. right to work, alerting in a timely manner relevant teams when renewal is required or documentation has expired
  • Support compliance with Home Office Sponsor License by completing routine checks
  • Complete documentation to support variation and changes to contracts of employment notifying relevant teams when required
  • Respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Support the development of the onboarding process including system development
  • Completing routine compliance activities i.e. annual night worker health assessments
  • Produce reports when required
  • Support training of the onboarding process when required
  • Undertake file audits when required
  • Support the benefits offer by managing benefits platform and managing administration
  • Support with the annual pay review documentation
