The predicted salary is between 25800 - 27500 £ per year.
Pay rate is currently £12.45 until 1st of April 2026 when it will increase to £13.25. Earn competitive pay + develop and grow with a company that cares about you! You’ll be supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives within their community. Also, you will be role modelling best practice to other staff and encouraging them to do their very best.
You’ll be…
- Supporting service users with daily activities – providing high quality support to people of all ages to achieve their goals and aspirations
- Encouraging personal development – helping service users develop valuable life skills
- Proactive – supporting service users to engage in their local community from going shopping, to attending leisure events
- Supporting staff – acting as a mentor to other support workers and supporting the Field Care Supervisor
