We are looking for a Children's Care Team Leader to join our team who has a passion for providing a high standard of support that enables young people to learn and develop through education and positive life experiences.

The role includes:

  • Providing practical assistance and emotional support to empower young people to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting individuality and enabling appropriate choices in line with their support plans.
  • Promoting the health, well-being, physical, emotional, cultural and spiritual beliefs of the people supported and ensuring they are met inclusively.
  • Facilitating social, educational and recreational activities of their choice; supporting maintaining contact with families or significant others.
  • Performing day-to-day household tasks such as cleaning, cooking and shopping.
  • Supporting young people to manage personal care and hygiene.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Hold or be willing to work towards a Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
