You will be supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives within their community. You will also be role modelling best practice to other staff and encouraging them to do their very best.

You will be:

  • Supporting service users with daily activities – providing high quality support to people of all ages to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Encouraging personal development – helping service users develop valuable life skills.

  • Supporting staff – acting as a mentor to other support workers and supporting the Field Care Supervisor.
