You will be:
- Supporting service users with daily activities – providing high quality support to people of all ages to achieve their goals and aspirations.
- Encouraging personal development – helping service users develop valuable life skills.

- Supporting staff – acting as a mentor to other support workers and supporting the Field Care Supervisor.
