We are seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our team in Hull, Yorkshire.
Position: Support Worker (Bank)
Location: Hull, Yorkshire
Hours: Variable
Shifts: Evenings, nights, weekends
Support is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to empower people to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting individuality and enabling appropriate choices in line with their support plans.
- Promote the health, well-being, physical, emotional, cultural and spiritual beliefs of the people we support in an inclusive manner.
- Facilitate social, educational or work activities such as visiting family and friends, supported employment, walks, shopping and other recreational activities of their choice.
- Perform general housekeeping duties that can include shopping, domestic duties and elements of personal care.
- Complete a range of records and documents as required by the role.
