Swanton Care and Community is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead our Supported Living services in Scotland.
You will champion a person-centred culture, ensure safe and effective services, and drive continuous improvement while remaining accountable for regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.
The role requires SSSC registration, SVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care (or in progress), and Deputy Manager level experience.
Travel between services is expected with a 40-hour week.
