We are looking for a Support Worker who cares about making every moment matter for the people we support. Our residential service is about helping people to get out in the community and make the most of their time at home.

Responsibilities
- Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower the people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they wish, in line with their individual support plans.
- Promote the health, well-being, physical, emotional, cultural and spiritual beliefs of the people we support and ensure they are met in an inclusive way.
- General housekeeping duties that can include shopping, domestic duties as well as elements of personal care.
- Complete a range of records and documents.
- Each person we support has 1 to 1 support.
- Lone working and team-working.
