Swanton Care and Community is seeking a Team Leader for a residential service.
The role covers day, night and weekend shifts, full-time 42 hours per week, to help people live more independent and fulfilling lives within their home environment.
The successful candidate will have strong communication, adaptability and teamwork, with experience supporting people with learning disabilities and the willingness to work towards NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
