Swanton-Care-and-Community is seeking a Scheme Manager to oversee our Supported Living services, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and smooth day-to-day operation. You will support your team, build relationships with service users, families, professionals and other stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across the service.
You will lead by example, manage staffing and rotas, ensure compliance with policies and health and safety, and work closely with the Registered Manager.
