Position Overview

Just over 30 minutes of picturesque driving from Norwich and Great Yarmouth, The AIM Federation is an established federation of six schools and an SEMH Base located along the beautiful North Norfolk Coast and the Norfolk Broads. The school works closely together to improve outcomes for our young people.

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm

Job Details

  • Salary: Scale D, £13.47 - £13.68 per hour
  • Contract: Fixed Term Contract – 31st August 2027 based on SEN Funding
  • Hours: 32.50 hours a week
  • Term Time: + 1 week
  • Starting Date: 1 September 2026

Candidate Requirements

  • Have experience working with children on a 1-2-1 basis
  • Able to support children with significant medical needs
  • Good Numeracy and Literacy skills
  • Can form positive relationships with children, parents and staff
  • Are able to support the children within the class and during break times including on a 1-2-1 basis
  • Have a calm, patient approach to supporting the needs of children
  • Able to use their initiative to support learning & behaviour
  • Be adaptable to situations and willing to work as part of a team
  • Are willing to undertake training as necessary
