Swansway Motor Group is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team at one of our vibrant dealerships. As an Accounts Assistant, you will work closely with the Dealership Accountant to deliver exemplary financial administration services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth daily operation of banking, purchase ledgers, and financial reconciliations within our dealership.

As part of the Swansway Motor Group, your role as an Accounts Assistant will offer a variety of tasks essential to our finance operations:

  • Assist with daily banking processes, including posting bank statements and reconciliations.
  • Manage the purchase ledger, ensuring invoices are promptly paid and accurately recorded.
  • Raise invoices for damage recharges and daily sales within the Rental department.
  • Conduct monthly vehicle stock checks and engage in credit control by liaising with managers to resolve queries.
  • Perform essential administrative duties, including scanning, filing, and preparing sales-related documentation.
