We are currently recruiting for a Weekend Receptionist to join our team. Reporting into the Sales Manager, you will be working as part of a large team responsible for the service and after sales care of our customers. As Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers both in the dealership and over the phone, so it is important that you are a warm and confident individual who thrives in a customer focused environment.

Part of your role will also include administration for both sales and service departments, so the ability to be organised and adaptable with great attention to detail is a must.

The working hours for this position are:

  • Saturday: 9.00am-5.00pm
  • Sunday: 10.00am-4.00pm

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking inbound telephone enquiries
  • Transferring customers to the correct department
  • Welcoming and signing in any visitors
  • Dealing with day to day administration in the dealership
  • Maintaining sundry and drinks areas

Requirements:

  • Previous customer care experience
  • Strong administration skills
  • Experience of managing your own workload
  • Attention to Detail
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
