As a Warranty Administrator at Swansway Motor Group, you will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive and accurate warranty records. You will work closely with the Aftersales Manager and the workshop team to ensure all processes are followed meticulously.
- Administer and manage all warranty submissions, including credits, claims, rejections, and goodwill gestures.
- Conduct thorough checks on all warranty documentation and correspondence.
- Ensure the computerised systems are regularly updated and maintained.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to frontline staff for warranty-related issues.
- Assist in improving warranty processes and systems and ensure audit readiness at all times.
