We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our team. Reporting into the Dealership Accountant you will complete all associated administration duties associated with purchasing a vehicle. This will include all invoicing paperwork, the online taxing and registering of vehicles and updating of internal sales systems. As a Sales Administrator you’ll need a keen eye for detail and need to ensure all vehicle documents are correct and that FCA regulations are met. You will work closely with Sales Executives to ensure our customers receive the best possible service when it comes to vehicle handover.

Responsibilities

  • Completion of all sales related documents
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction metrics are hit
  • Ensuring all paperwork is fully compliant
  • Recording purchases on the system

  • Previous Sales Administration experience
  • Experience of working within a dealership
