Reporting to our head office marketing team, the Regional Merchandisers for Swansway support the marketing of our vehicles across dealerships when our Digital Merchandiser team is on annual leave or stock volumes increase. You will work closely with local Sales Managers and Head Office Marketing to promote vehicles digitally and help dealerships achieve their sales targets. The role is hands-on, involving active support at multiple dealerships.

  • Predominantly covering Cheshire and Stoke-on-Trent locations, you will regularly move between sites, merchandising vehicles and ensuring a quick turnaround from stock arrival to online advertisement.
  • Photographing stock, creating walk-around videos, and optimizing content.
  • Writing engaging online sales descriptions.
  • Sharing operational best practices across regional teams.
  • Must hold a full UK driving license and be confident moving vehicles around the dealership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Willingness to learn; full training provided.
  • A basic knowledge of cars and passion for the industry is beneficial.

We operate used car sites under Motor Match, Volkswagen Group Trade Part Centres, an Accident Repair Centre, a Group Fleet Sales Centre, and an eBay parts shop, all supported by our Head Office in Crewe.
