Swansway Motor Group is seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team based in our thriving dealership. As a Parts Advisor, you\’ll play a critical role in ensuring that all parts-related enquiries are expertly handled, supporting both customers and our aftersales team to maintain the seamless operation of our dealership.
In your new role as a Parts Advisor, you will be instrumental in facilitating the efficient processing of all parts orders and maintaining accurate stock records. Key responsibilities include:
- Efficiently managing external sales enquiries for parts and supporting the aftersales team with necessary components.
- Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with external parts suppliers to ensure quality and timely availability of parts.
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by adhering to company policies and maintaining comprehensive stock purchase records.
- Upselling related products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales.
- Accurately completing all required administrative tasks and promptly addressing any stock discrepancies with the Aftersales Manager.
