We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join the Swansway Family. You will be responsible for ensuring the dealership achieves its targets by working closely with a team of Sales Executives to get deals over the line. You'll play an active role in finance, insurance, part exchange valuations, buying and stock display. As Sales Manager, your responsibility is to ensure our customer’s sales needs are met by maintaining market-leading customer service standards and ensuring your team promotes the correct services and products to our customers. Hands-on, when required, you may need to sell to customers or second face customers to close sale deals.

Qualifications:
You will have been a proven Senior Sales Executive or Sales Controller used to selling cars. Cars should be your main passion, and you will be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the current market. This role will require selling of vehicles and buying of stock. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone to step up into their first management role.
