We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join our central head office marketing team where we support our full dealership network and our head office functions. Our marketing department is a key function in the success of Swansway Motor Group and the department is fast moving with multiple campaigns running at the same time, we have a real teamwork ethic. This role reports into the Dealership Marketing team and you will be working closely with the rest of the marketing team, as well as building strong relationships with internal stakeholders from across the business as well as external agency partners.

Responsibilities

  • Co‑ordination of local marketing campaigns and implementation across all marketing channels
  • Support marketing team in delivery of internal and external events and incentive rewards
  • Review, plan and implement customer contact programs, mainly through the use of email and SMS
  • Plan and implement ad hoc direct customer communications to support marketing campaigns
  • Analyse CRM performance to make recommendations for continual improvements
  • Manage and cleanse the customer and vehicle data; ensuring all data opt outs, deletion requests, gone aways or deceased and duplicates are actioned
  • Support the marketing team with any data selections required for campaigns

  • 1+ year experience in a similar role within a Marketing team
