As a HR Administrator at Swansway, you will play a key role in supporting the success of the HR function. You will provide comprehensive administration support to the HR Team, ensuring a high standard of service across the business. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR administrative tasks, ensuring all activities are carried out in line with HR policies, data protection requirements, and employment legislation. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively will be essential in this fast‑paced role.

Responsibilities

  • Organising leavers administration including ensuring Payroll are notified in a timely manner
  • Recording of absence (holiday, sickness, unpaid leave)
  • Processing contract changes and salary changes and ensuring Payroll are made aware of changes
  • Updating processes as and when required
  • Manage and track probation reviews
  • Monitor/manage HR inbox
  • Frontline support of HR queries into the HR office
  • Maintenance of all employee records as required
  • Manage pre and post‑employment administration
  • Coordinate company inductions
