As a Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer for Swansway Motor Group, you will play an important role in supporting the HR and recruitment function across the group. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will assist with the coordination and administration of recruitment activities, helping to attract and onboard candidates across our dealership locations.
You will support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring candidates receive a professional and positive experience from application through to onboarding. Working closely with HR Advisors and Hiring Managers, you will help manage vacancies, coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment systems, and provide administrative support throughout the hiring process.
The HR team at Swansway is collaborative and supportive, sharing best practice to ensure we deliver an efficient and high-quality service to the business.
Responsibilities- Supporting Hiring Managers with current vacancies
- Posting and updating job adverts across recruitment platforms
- Screening applications and arranging interviews
- Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
- Using our CV search functions to source candidates
- Updating and maintaining the applicant tracking system
- Preparing offer paperwork and onboarding documentation using Docusign
- Responding to frontline recruitment and candidate queries
- Coordinating interview schedules and diary management
- Assisting with recruitment administration and reporting
- Supporting onboarding activities for new starters
- Building positive working relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Providing general administrative support to the HR and recruitment team
- Supporting recruitment projects and ad-hoc recruitment activities as required
- Previous recruitment support experience preferred
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems
- Customer-focused with a professional and approachable manner
- Positive βcan doβ attitude and willingness to support the wider team
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
