As a Swansway Apprentice, you’ll receive support from our in-house team to ensure your success throughout your career with us. You’ll gain accredited training from some of the best brands in the industry, and at the end of your Apprenticeship, you’ll earn a nationally recognised qualification in Customer Service. The training programme lasts for 2 years.
As an Apprentice Service Advisor, you’ll work closely with an experienced Service Advisor and learn tasks on the job. Here is what a typical working week could look like:
- Attend training at regular intervals as outlined by Assessors
- Carry out necessary coursework and complete training courses in a timely manner
- Maintain and develop skill levels in all aspects of customer service
- Take an active part in upholding the company's health and safety policies
- Speak to customers about service requirements
- Complete service pre-calls with clients and set expectations
- Ensure customer satisfaction scores are maintained
- Upsell products and services
- Become a product expert well versed with all features of our vehicles
You’ll be given a structured training plan and allocated an Assessor who will work closely with you to set work and assess your skill level. You’ll also be supported by our in-house Training & Apprentice Coordinator team.
We offer a great salary so you can really ‘earn as you learn’, and your salary will be reviewed upon completion of the apprenticeship.
