We are currently recruiting for a Car Park Attendant to join the Swansway Family. The role of an Attendant is to create a memorable customer journey by working closely with both the sales and service departments. You will be in and around the dealership, pitch and customer car park to make sure our customers are well looked after. For this role, you will be on your feet most of the day, pointing our customers in the right direction when they arrive on site. You’ll direct customers into the showroom and from there to relevant colleagues or departments. When you aren’t greeting customers, you’ll be managing the traffic coming into the car park and ensuring the dealership is looking its best. Monday to Friday 8am-6pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Directing customers where to park
  • Moving vehicles between storage site and dealership
  • Meeting and greeting customers as they enter the dealership
  • Ensuring the customer facing areas are presentable
  • Working with sales and service departments to create a positive customer experience
  • Directing customers to colleagues or departments
  • Ensure the car park is accessible and that customers are able to park

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Used to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Essential: Full Driving Licence
  • Able to drive all vehicle sizes, manual and automatic
  • Can do attitude
