Swansway Motor Group, an esteemed name in the automotive industry, is looking for a dynamic Business Manager to join our dedicated team. As a Business Manager, you'll be instrumental in guiding our customers through financial options, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring an exceptional dealership experience.
Role Responsibilities
- Identify suitable funding and insurance options for customers based on individual requirements while ensuring compliance with dealership standards.
- Lead a team of Sales Executives to maximise profitability and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with the Head of Business and General Sales Manager to promote and sell new and used vehicles, along with add-on finance and asset protection products.
- Develop and drive sales campaigns and promotions to enhance team enthusiasm and customer engagement.
- Regularly coach the sales team, manage robust sales processes, and interact with customers to maintain high service standards.
About you
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a regulated finance environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and identify customer needs.
- Familiarity with strict sales processes and a solid understanding of financial and insurance packages.
- A valid driving licence is essential.
- Proven track record in monitoring finance and insurance performance, with the ability to coach and develop team skills to meet business objectives.
