As a Swansway Apprentice Technician, you will receive extensive training and hands-on experience to develop your skills. Your role will include:

  • Attending regular training sessions to enhance your technical expertise.
  • Applying learned theory in practical settings during training block weeks.
  • Maintaining and developing proficiency in vehicle repair, service, and maintenance.
  • Adhering to health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
  • Preparing vehicles for MOTs and new car readiness, ensuring safety compliance and reporting any issues.
