When you become a Swansway Apprentice, you’ll receive full support from our in‑house team to help you succeed at every stage of your career with us. You’ll be given accredited training from some of the best brands in the industry. At the end of the 2‑year apprenticeship, you’ll gain a nationally recognised qualification in Customer Service.

Responsibilities

  • Attend training at regular intervals as outlined by assessors.
  • Carry out necessary coursework and complete training courses in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and develop skill levels in all aspects of customer service.
  • Take an active part in upholding the company’s health and safety policies.
  • Speak to customers about service requirements.
  • Complete service pre‑calls with clients and set expectations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction scores are maintained.
  • Upsell products and services.
  • Become a product expert well versed with all features of our vehicles.
  • The role includes being teamed up with an experienced Service Advisor and working closely with them day to day while learning tasks on the job.
