We are currently looking for an Administrator to join Stable Vehicle Contracts to provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure a seamless customer journey from the point of order, right the way through to vehicle delivery. You will be on hand to help our personal and business customers through the various stages of the order process and manage their expectations accordingly. Your role is key to ensuring a positive customer experience.

As an administrator you will:

  • Liaise effectively with customers, Head Office and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all members of the Stable Vehicle Contracts team to assist in providing excellent customer service.
  • Update our internal order systems to ensure accurate revenue projections can be obtained.
  • Issue Regulated and Non-Regulated finance agreements to customers.
  • Process completed finance agreements in accordance with the various lender’s guidelines.
  • Liaise directly with customers to book vehicle delivery dates.
  • Ensure and process customer payments in a prompted and secure manner.
  • Use the Kerridge system to raise and issue invoices.
  • Maintain a systematic filing system for the easy retrieval of documentation and information.
  • Ensure compliance with business standards and processes, financial, legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Support the business to achieve high levels of process efficiency and cost control.
  • Ensure the proper and accurate use of all systems.

Previous experience in a role in the motor finance industry is preferred. Excellent planning and prioritisation skills to effectively manage a high workload in a pressurised and often deadline-focused environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel and Outlook. Kerridge experience desirable. Professional telephone manner. Ability to build good working relationships with customers.
