As a Swansway Apprentice Technician, you will receive extensive training and hands‑on experience to develop your skills. Your role will include:

  • Attending regular training sessions to enhance your technical expertise.
  • Applying learned theory in practical settings during training block weeks.
  • Maintaining and developing proficiency in vehicle repair, service, and maintenance.
  • Adhering to health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
  • Preparing vehicles for MOTs and new car readiness, ensuring safety compliance and reporting any issues.

The ideal Apprentice Technician is someone who is not only passionate about automotive technology but is also eager to develop and grow within a team‑oriented environment.
