We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our team at Audi in Crewe.
Reporting into the Sales Manager you will be working as part of a large team responsible for the service and after sales care of our customers.
As Receptionist youll be the first point of contact for customers both in the dealership and over the phone so it is important that you are a warm and confident individual who thrives in a customer focused environment.
Part of your role will also include administration for both sales and service departments so the ability to be organised and adaptable with great attention to detail is a must.
- Taking inbound telephone enquiries
- Transferring customers to the correct department

Were expanding our own-brand, Motor Match our used sites, and we dont stop at dealerships; we operate four Volkswagen Group Trade Part Centres, an Accident Repair Centre, a Group Fleet Sales Centre and an e Bay shop re-cycling obsolete parts.
All this is supported by our Head Office in Crewe.
