Are you passionate about supporting young people with additional needs in education?

We are looking for Support Workers to join a welcoming and inclusive college in Bromley, supporting students with high needs, including wheelchair users.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Supporting students in lessons to help them access the curriculum

* Providing personal care and assistance with mobility where needed

* Using an iPad to help with communication and learning tools

* Encouraging independence and engagement in college life

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 months’ UK experience working with individuals with additional needs

* Comfortable providing personal care

* Confident using an iPad and other basic technology

* Friendly, reliable, and patient with a proactive attitude
