We are currently seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our night team in Peterborough, providing exceptional patient care and support. About the Role: * Position: Healthcare Assistant (HCA) * Shift Pattern: Night shifts (full-time or part-time available) * Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Key Responsibilities: * Provide high-quality care and support to patients undergoing orthopaedic treatments and surgeries. * Assist nurses and clinical staff with patient care, including mobility, hygiene, and comfort. * Monitor and record patient observations, ensuring any concerns are reported promptly. * Support patients with rehabilitation and recovery during the night shift. * Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and colleagues. Requirements: * Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) in a hospital or clinical setting (preferably orthopaedics, but not essential). * A caring and compassionate nature with a strong commitment to patient care. * Ability to work night shifts and be part of a supportive team. * Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
